Learn how to tend a garden and your relationships to others and yourself.

This is a 7-week group that meets on Tuesdays 4-5:30 for 8-11 years of age and Fridays 4-5:30 for 11-14 years of age. Activities will include seed planting, root propagation, plant harvesting, tea-making and drinking, talking circles, games, and mindfulness and awareness activities. Topics will include emotional literacy, body awareness, social skills, healthy boundaries, restorative justice, communication and attunement. Maximum participants is 9 in each section.

Tuesdays 4:00-5:30, ages 8-11, May 4th – June 15th
Fridays 4:00-5:30, ages 11-14, May 7th – June 18th
Groups are limited to 9 slots
Most insurance accepted (including OHP)
Cost is $72.00 per 90 minute session
