The art of storytelling… we all have things that need to be heard.

This will be a closed group lasting for 6 weeks for ages 17+ years old, meeting virtually once a week on Fridays from 6 – 7:30 pm. The wide age group is to support varied opinions and beliefs of others and can be good for those who are trying and struggling to see varied perspectives.

This is an adult process group using a narrative and experiential approach. The practice comes from The Ojai Foundation but is an intervention as old as time.
This group will be a great support for those in isolation or feel alone in their stories, those further along in their struggle with anxiety, and those that are processing grief.
