Hava has done a lot of work with folks who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, as part of marginalized communities and survivors of trauma. She finds herself particularly drawn to and passionate about the use of mindfulness practices, Narrative Therapy techniques & TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques. Hava often utilizes playfulness and humor as building blocks for fostering empowerment and connection with clients, which she has witnessed as being powerful elements within the healing process. She sees herself as a facilitator in the healing process for folks, fostering people’s abilities to recognize and garner their own inner strengths. Social justice and equity encompass her relationships with others and are crucial foundations to her work.

She looks forward to becoming formally trained in Narrative Therapy and TF-CBT in the near future.
