Natalie Van Dreal, MS, QMHA

Natalie has a very diverse educational background, with a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology, a master’s degree in Sustainable Design and certificates in carpentry, natural building, permaculture, trauma-informed yoga teaching, sexual assault prevention and teaching English as a second language. While all of these studies and experiences may seem slightly unrelated, the foundation beneath them was built by a similar thread that truly strings them all together; the fundamental belief that without a connection to earth and its beings, we cannot heal completely and consequently, the earth cannot health completely without the healing of humans. Natalie’s specialty is using art, gardening, outdoor education, design, body movement, mindfulness techniques and animal companionship to strengthen the skills, confidence and minds of individuals in order to foster healthier, happier humans who thrive in harmony with themselves and with the natural world.
