Adjusting the Dial: Narratives, Programming, & Beliefs (Virtual Group)

An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until September 14, 2021
This is a 6-week group that teaches methods for taking control of your life, reducing mental health symptoms (anger, anxiety, depression), and improving relationships and communication through a unique combination of the theories and interventions of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy. This group will be both a psycho-educational and an experiential one, with opportunities to practice what is learned in the group.
This group is for you if any or all of the following apply :
*You are 18+ years of age
*You feel like your life is out of control
*You worry a lot or have frequent anxiety
*You feel down or “blue,” or suffer from bouts of mild depression

*Enhancing connection with others and taking control of your life
This closed group will meet in-person weekly and will begin the week of August 10th. Group will officially begin on Tuesday, August 10th from 3pm-4:30pm, and end September 14th. Group will meet each week for 6 weeks. This group will be limited to 10 participants. Cost is $72.00 per session and covered by most insurance plans, including OHP/Medicaid. This group is virtual only.
