Adulting 101: Using the Wellness Wheel
June 17 @ 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 3:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until July 15, 2021
Becoming an adult is hard. Going through this transition in life from school to the working world brings with it all kinds of stressors. How do we mentally deal with this transition? Is it normal to feel overwhelmed, nervous, excited and hopeful all at once?
We will cover hacks in the areas of money, food, self care, job searching, socializing, self management, health and transportation. This would be a good group for you if you feel you could benefit from guidance in any of those areas listed, as well as by connecting with others going through similar experiences. We will share hopes, fears, laughs and triumphs as we explore the various areas of adult life and learn to check in with ourselves using the Wellness Wheel.
