Men’s Mindfulness Group

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until April 30, 2020
Join us on an adventure to explore new ways of managing your depression and anxiety with other men. This group may be for you if:
– You often feel angry, numb or irritable when trying to express yourself
– You frequently get overwhelmed and react to others quickly, then feel guilty for your
– You feel alone in your anxiety and depression, often feeling misunderstood and
– You experience shame from others when you try living authentically as yourself.
– Sometimes you experience disconnect between how you express yourself to others
and the real you.
Note: Clients must be a current client to participate.
