Do you sometimes feel as though you are flung from your pillow into your to do list? Are you wanting to start your day with more grace and joy? Are you wanting to setup a more balance morning ritual?
Light a candle and bring your favorite morning beverage and let’s put these self-care hopes into practice. We will come together as a virtual group and be guided through various journal prompts, mindfulness activities, and art making experiences.
Join us beginning Friday, March 17th for 5 weeks to create new morning habits. Please make sure that you have materials for art making and journaling, including a journal and/or sketchbook and your preferred art tools.

5 weeks (last session is Friday 4/14)
For Individuals 18 years of age or older
Must be a current client with Alliance Counseling Center
Cost for group $47 – Most Insurance & OHP Accepted
