Trauma-informed yoga can give people skills to discern and feel empowered to make choices for what their bodies need. The opportunity to practice these skills in community may lead to experiencing greater support, a sense of compassion, and a stronger ability to navigate feelings and needs in relationships. In this group, folks will learn many meditation and mindfulness skills to help cope with stress, anxiety, pain, and a myriad of other challenges.

This group is held on Fridays from 10am to 11:30am and Tuesdays from 10am to 11:30am.
