This is an 8-week group that will focus on providing support to parents and other child-caregivers in navigating the complexities of your family’s needs during the holiday season.
We will explore ways to support your children while also caring for yourself.

Parenting during this time of year can be stressful so building an awareness of the need for self-care is essential given the added stress of the holidays through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Some of the topics we will explore:
-Finding time for yourself and supporting your children through the holidays
-Understanding & honoring grief during the holidays
-Navigating holidays during a pandemic & difficult conversation around holiday changes
-Normalizing the difficulties, we are all experiencing

 Tuesdays 3-4:00 pm: Starting December 8th, for 8 consecutive weeks, For Adults, 18 years & older
 Must be a current client of Alliance Counseling Center. Group is limited to 12 members
 Cost is $72.00 per 60-minute session, most Insurance accepted
