Mindfulness for Teens

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Monday, repeating until March 8, 2021
This is an 8 week teen mindfulness group focused on developing and practicing mindfulness skills to support mental wellness. Each group will include guided meditation, a body-based component, and mindful activity. Topics may include self-compassion, managing big emotions, communication, empathy, and personal values/identity. The goal of the group is to provide participants with tools to navigate life’s challenges mindfully and authentically.
Group will meet online weekly, starting Monday, January 18th from 4-5 pm, and ending March 8th. Group will meet each week for 8 weeks. Limited to 12 participants.
